The TOG Systems Dispatch plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our company. A prime candidate is someone who has the communication skills and confidence to engage with everyone at TOG and our valuable customers in the field. Dispatch handles all incoming calls and often has to come up with efficient solutions to unexpected logistical challenges that are part of the time-sensitive oilfield industry. This is a fast-paced, challenging position is perfect for a Type A personality!

Field technicians are our guys on the front line and this really isn’t a job for everyone. It takes a special brand of fearless to do this type of work. Our guys spend many hours travelling to and from site, have to climb up to 150′ in the bitter cold to work at the top of a rig and troubleshoot problems on short timelines and in all kinds of weather. Our ideal candidate knows how to hustle, is physically fit to climb or lift 70 lbs, likes to work outside and is a great driver on winter roads. Field technicians are hired on a full-time, salary basis, which guarantees you a monthly income in a sometimes turbulent industry. Once hired, field technicians must complete a three-month training program that includes both time in the shop and out in the field. We make sure you are ready before sending you out to a job!  After the three-month training period, technicians receive a cell phone, laptop and truck for company use. Our field technicians work 10 on – 3 off between November 1 – March 31 and 9 on – 4 off between April 1 – October 31. If you like what you hear, apply below with the online form!

We are now hiring a shop assistant for our Valhalla shop. This is someone to help out behind the scenes with general shop duties as well as assisting the field technicians by hot shotting equipment and helping with work on sites.  The main duties of the shop assistant will include cleaning equipment when it comes back to the shop from the field, testing equipment to prepare it to go back into the field (training provided), shipping/receiving and other general shop duties. If you are a hard worker, well organized and would like to be part of an awesome team…then this just might be the job for you!

Employees quickly become like family and we do our best to train and promote from within the organization. Oh ya…and we have some fun too 🙂
